Services
Second Mile Lawn & Landscape provides landscaping, lawn maintenance, landscape design, installation, hardscaping, seasonal cleanup, irrigation, and related outdoor services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on site conditions, weather, and other factors.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Additional work requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
Pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen site conditions are discovered.
Scheduling and Service Completion
We will make every effort to perform services on scheduled dates. However, scheduling may be affected by:
Weather conditions
Equipment availability
Material delays
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary.
Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection efforts.
Deposits may be required for larger projects.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe access to the property.
Clearly identify underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden structures when known.
Remove personal belongings from work areas when possible.
Ensure pets and children are kept away from active work zones.
Property Damage
While we exercise reasonable care during service, Second Mile Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for:
Damage resulting from hidden or improperly marked utilities.
Pre-existing property defects.
Damage caused by natural events, weather, or soil conditions beyond our control.
Any concerns regarding property damage must be reported within 2 days of service completion.
Plant and Material Warranty
Any warranty provided for plants, trees, shrubs, or materials will be specified in writing. Warranty coverage may be void if:
Improper watering or maintenance occurs.
Damage is caused by weather, pests, disease, or third parties.
Customer modifications are made after installation.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel scheduled services by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
Deposits for special-order materials or completed design work may be non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and designs, is the property of Second Mile Lawn & Landscape and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Mile Lawn & Landscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Submit false or misleading information.
